You can place or manage orders for diagnostic studies on the Diagnostic Studies template in the My Plan tabbed template set. Access the Diagnostic Studies Template You can open the Diagnostic Studies template from the SOAP or Intake tab. Open the My Custom Plan Template

Before you begin Configure use of the My Custom Plan template. Open the My Custom Plan template in one of the following ways: In the navigation bar, click the Orders/Plan link. Access the Generic Procedure Template

Open the Intake-Dermatology, GET, or SOAP template. Do one of the following: On the Intake or GET template, click the Procedures link to open the Procedures template, and then in the Other section, click Generic. On the SOAP template, go to the bottom of the template, and click the Procedures icon, select Generic, and then click OK. The Generic Procedure template opens. Access the Office Procedures Tab

There are several options for accessing the Office Procedures template: On the SOAP template, in Assessment/Plan panel, select Office Procedures from the list. Documenting SOAP Information

Use the SOAP template to enter history, exam, assessment, and plan information. Reason for Visit on the SOAP Template You can use the Reason for Visit to enter the patient introduction and additional details about the reason for visit. Physical Exam Panel You can document physical exam details. Document Review of Systems Details You can review and update symptoms entered during the patient intake process in the Review of Systems section on the SOAP template.
