Document Generic Procedure
On the SOAP template, go to the bottom of the template and select the Procedures icon. The Udp Procedure Picklist opens. Click Generic. The Generic Procedure template opens. In the Pre-Procedure Care section, after explaining the details of the procedure to the patient select the relevant options. Note: To add more information about the consent, select the Consent link. In the Procedure section, do the following: To add a procedure description, click Procedure description, and select the details. To add additional procedure details, select the required information in the Additional Codes field. To add descriptions, click Description, and from the resulting Diagnosis window, select the appropriate description and code. In the Anesthesia section, to document the patient's anesthesia details, select the appropriate values. If anesthesia is not required, select None. Generic Dermatology Procedure
You can use a generic dermatology procedure template for all dermatology procedures which does not have a specific template. In all dermatology procedures, consent is required. The dermatology procedure is performed after confirming the diagnosis based on physical examination and laboratory examination. Access the GET Settings Window
On the Intake template select Specialty as Dermatology and Visit Type as Office Visit. To open the GET template, click GET tab. To open the menu, click the icon. Access the Diagnostic Studies Template

Add a Procedure to the GET
Add the procedure to the appropriate findings in the derm_exam profile, so you can use that procedure with the tool. On the GET template, select the icon. The Options and Setting menu opens. From the menu, select Settings. The Graphical Exam Tool -Settings window opens. Click the Procedure tab. The Procedures pane lists all the procedures currently defined for the GET. Click Add. A New Procedures entry appears at the top of the Procedures list and the Properties pane displays the default values for the procedure. Click Name and type the name of the procedure. Generate and Submit the Procedure to Superbill
On the Intake template, select the Specialty as Dermatology and Visit Type as Mohs Surgery Visit. Click the Procedure tab. The Derm Proc Mohs 1 template opens. To generate the procedure document, click Preview Proc Note. To submit the procedure to the superbill, click Submit to Procedure Billing. Parent topic: Access and Document Mohs Surgery Procedure
