Annotate Images to Document the Location Findings

The Graphical Exam Tool (GET) is a drawing tool that enables providers to annotate an image and convert the annotations into text to document and track patient findings. The findings can be pulled into the corresponding template fields.

You can add, remove and update the findings. The list is automatically sorted and filtered based on the reason for visit. You can create a default action based on each finding. In addition, you can add photographs required for findings and action type combinations. You can add multiple photographs for any finding.
