You can update the status of order for a patient using the All Order Management template.
You can use the All Order Management template to manually update the status of an order, document results, and submit the order to superbill.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- Select the Care Guidelines link on any of the main template.
The Care Guidelines Paged View template opens.
- In the Care Guidelines panel, select the Grid View link.
The Care Guidelines grid view template opens.
- Select an order in the Recent Orders panel.
- Select Edit in the Recent Orders panel grid.
The
All Order Management template opens.
- Select the appropriate check box corresponding to the updates you wish to document, and document updated information.
- Select the arrow buttons to the right or left to go to another order and manage that order.
- Select Save.
Note: To clear the template fields, select Clear For Add.
- Select Close to close the template.
