The Observations panel on the Objective template displays encounter-based flowsheets when an observation exam is selected. Observations can be added and updated by opening the different observation templates to document observed findings. The observation options appear in the left pane.
- Select an observation option from the left pane. For example: Transfers/Bed.
- Click Add.
The corresponding observations template appears. In this example, the
Pt Transfers template opens as
Transfers/Bed is selected.
- Enter the required details.
- Click Save & Close.
The details appear in the
Observations grid in the flowsheet for the current encounter.
