Assign Diagnosis Codes to Group

In the Assign Diagnosis Codes to Group section, highlight a diagnosis group in the grid under the Add Diagnosis Group section. To search for ICD-9 or ICD-10 codes: Select the ICD-9 or ICD-10 option. Enter a value in the Description field or Code field and click Search. The diagnosis codes associated with the description matching the search criteria appear in the grid. Select a diagnosis code and click the button to move the selected code to the right grid. To move all the codes to the right grid, click the button. Click Save below the right grid to save the codes to the selected diagnosis group and clear all the fields in the Manage Reference Systems, Diagnosis Groups and Codes section. To remove a diagnosis code from the grid, do one of the following: Select a row and click Remove. To remove all the codes from the right grid, click Remove All. On the Dx Groups Reference Systems practice template, in the Manage Reference Systems, Diagnosis Groups and Codes panel, you can create diagnosis groups for a reference system and add diagnosis codes to a diagnosis group. On the Dx Groups Reference Systems practice template, navigate to the Manage Reference Systems, Diagnosis Groups and Codes panel. In the Add Diagnosis Group section, enter the details. In the Assign Diagnosis Codes to Group section, enter the required details. Click Save & Close. Add a Reference System

On Dx Groups Reference Systems practice template, in the Dx Groups Reference Systems practice template, navigate to the Manage Reference Systems panel. In Reference system, enter a reference system name, for example, "ASC GI Procedure Documentation Assessments." In Description, enter a description for the new reference system. For example, "The reference system is used for the GI ASC Physician Procedure Documentation template to associate a diagnosis with a procedure." If applicable, select a Reference system set from the list. If the category is Protocols, Office Diagnostics, or PT Exercise, select Restrict code to allow only one associated code for the category. Click Add/Update to save and activate the new reference system. To inactivate the newly created reference system, select the reference system in the grid and click Inactivate. Manage Diagnosis Groups

You can update, deactivate, or delete a diagnosis group and copy an existing diagnosis group to create another group. On the Specialty Diagnosis Group Config template, expand the Manage Diagnosis Groups and Codes panel. Note: By default, all active diagnosis groups are displayed in the grid of the Add Diagnosis Group section. You can filter the values in the grid by selecting the View Dx groups created/modified today option or entering the desired value in the Show field. Select the desired diagnosis group from the grid of the Add Diagnosis Group section. The results are as follows: The details of the selected diagnosis group are filled in their corresponding fields of the Add Diagnosis Group section. If you select an inactive diagnosis group, the Delete button appears in the Add Diagnosis Group section. The diagnosis codes associated with the selected group are filled in the Assigned Diagnosis Codes grid of the Assign Diagnosis Codes to Group section. To update the selected diagnosis

The Manage Reference Systems, Diagnosis Groups and Codes panel enables you to add, edit, and update the reference systems, diagnosis groups, and codes. Create a Diagnosis Group

On the Specialty Diagnosis Group Config practice template, expand the Manage Diagnosis Groups and Codes panel. Manage Diagnosis Groups and Codes panel on the Specialty Diagnosis Group Config template Under the Add Diagnosis Group grid, enter the Diagnosis group name and Description in the corresponding fields. Select an age group: Adult/All or Peds (pediatric). Select the Active check box. Click Add/Update. The newly created diagnosis group appears in the Add Diagnosis Group grid.
