Access the Coded Results Mapping Template

You can access the Coded Results Mapping template by performing the following steps.

1. From the File menu, select System\Practice Template.
   The Select Template window opens.
2. Select the Practice tab.
   The list of practice-level templates appears.

   Note: If you do not see Coded Results Mapping in the list, then from the Show section, select All.
3. Do one of the following:
   • Double-click Coded Results Mapping.
   • Select Coded Results Mapping, and select OK.
   The Coded Results Mapping template opens.
