Remove a Coded Results Mapping Record

You can remove a coded results mapping record any time. Removing a mapping does not delete the mapping, but prevents the mapping records from being included in NextGen® HQM reporting. Removed records can be restored any time

1. On the Coded Results Mapping template, filter the grid to view the record that you want to remove.
2. Select the record that you want to remove.
3. Select Remove.
   The selected record is deleted from the grid.

   Note: To see the removed records, select the Show removed check box.
