option.

The grid displays the mapping records that contain the entered code and the total record count appears above the grid.

View Coded Results Mapping Records
You can filter the Coded Results Mapping grid to view the desired sets of records. To show the current coded results mapping records, you can click the Show all option. The grid displays all currently defined mapping records and the total record count appears above the grid. To show the records that were removed from the grid, you can select the Show removed check box. View Mapping Records of a Table and Field
You can filter the mapping records to a specific table and field. On the Coded Results Mapping template, select the Source table/field option.The Table Field List window displays a list of tables. Table Field List Select a table, and select OK.The Table Field List window displays the list of fields of the selected table. Select a field, and select OK.The grid displays all mapping records defined for that table and field and the record count appears above the grid. Access the Coded Results Mapping Template
You can access the Coded Results Mapping template by performing the following steps. From the File menu, select System\Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. Select the Practice tab.The list of practice-level templates appears. Note: If you do not see Coded Results Mapping in the list, then from the Show section, select All. Do one of the following: Double-click Coded Results Mapping. Select Coded Results Mapping, and select OK. The Coded Results Mapping template opens. Edit Coded Results Mapping Records
You can modify a coded results mapping record. On the Coded Results Mapping template, filter the grid records to view the record that you want to edit. Select the record.The data fields in the Add/Update Coded Results Mapping section show the data from the record. Add/Update Coded Results Mapping Make the desired changes. Add Coded Results Mapping Records
You can add mapping records on the Coded Results Mapping template. On the Coded Results Mapping template, select the Source Table field. Note: Many templates contain data fields shared from an originating source template. The source table name and data field names must be specified to accurately map to code values. The Source Table Field pop-up window opens. Coded Result Mapping - Source Field pop up Select the source field, select OK.The Source Table field is populated with the selected table and a pop-up window appears with a list of source fields for the selected table. Select the source field and select OK. Do one of the following: To map a specific value with a specific code, type the value in the Field Value field. To map a value with a specific code, select the Map any Value check box. To map a range of values with a specific code, manually enter numbers or decimals to set the range. Restore Coded Results Mapping Records
You can restore the removed mapping records any time. On the Coded Results Mapping template, select the Show removed check box.The grid displays the removed records. Select the record that you want to restore. Select Add.The mapping record is restored. Parent topic: Coded Results Mapping
