You can review the patient's medical summary details on the Home Page template and then open the SOAP and Finalize templates.
The provider workflow involves the following:
- Reviewing data documented in the encounter to obtain an overview of the patient's condition, and updating and providing additional information as needed.
- Documenting problems and various physical examination findings.
- Documenting the procedures that are performed on a patient.
- Creating a treatment plan for a patient.
- Documenting Evaluation and Management (E & M) codes.
