Links on the Intake Template
You can open different templates to document the patient details through the links on the Intake template.
The Intake template includes the following links:
| Link | Description |
|---|---|
| Standing Orders | Opens the Office Services template to create or update orders, document details of diagnoses, and bill orders. |
| Adult Immunizations | Adds vaccine and allergy details of adult patients. |
| Peds Immunizations | Adds vaccine, medication, and allergy details of pediatric patients. |
| My Plan | Records the treatment plan of a patient on the My Plan template. |
| Procedures | Records the details of procedures performed during the patient encounter. |
| Order Management | Updates the applicable order details. |
