You can use the Intake template links to document a patient encounter on the Intake and Histories templates.
The Intake template includes the following:

Standing Orders

Opens the Office Services template , which allows you to update or place orders, document details of the diagnoses, and bill the orders.

Adult Immunizations

Opens the Immunization - Adult template, which allows you to add vaccine and allergy information for an adult patient. If the patient has any medication or allergy-related alerts, enter the alert information in the Alert field.

Peds Immunizations

Opens the Immunization - Pediatric template where you can add the vaccine, medication, and allergy details of a pediatric patient.

Procedures

Opens the Procedures template to open several procedure templates associated with various systems.

Order Management

Template allows you to update the applicable order details. You can open the Order Management template using the Order Management link.
