Select and Review Care Guideline Items to Restore

You can use the Report and Restore panel to search, review, and restore a patient's care guidelines during the same cleanup session in which they were removed.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  2. From File, select System \ Practice Template.
    The Select Template window opens.
  3. On the Practice tab, select the All option.
  4. Select Care Guidelines Clear and Restore, and then select OK
  5. Expand the Report and Restore panel, and then in Apply to, select All Practice or Current Practice.
  6. Select one or more of the following search criteria:
    • Applying Provider
    • Reason type
    • Condition/Reason
    • Guideline Item
  7. To search for guideline items filtered by customization, select Exclude Customized or Include Customized, and then select Search.
    Records matching the search criteria appear in the Report and Restore grid.
  8. Select the records and then select Restore.
