You can use the Report and Restore panel to search, review, and restore a patient's care guidelines during the same cleanup session in which they were removed.
 
  - Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
 
  - From File, select System \ Practice Template.
   
    The Select Template window opens.
   
 
  - On the Practice tab, select the All option.
 
  - Select Care Guidelines Clear and Restore, and then select OK
 
  - Expand the Report and Restore panel, and then in Apply to, select All Practice or Current Practice.
 
  - Select one or more of the following search criteria:
   
    
     - Applying Provider
 
     - Reason type
 
     - Condition/Reason
 
     - Guideline Item
 
    
     
  - To search for guideline items filtered by customization, select Exclude Customized or Include Customized, and then select Search.
   
    Note: Search becomes available only when you select a filter criterion.
    
 
    
   
    Records matching the search criteria appear in the Report and Restore grid.
   
 
  - Select the records and then select Restore.
