Restore Practice-Level Default Care Guidelines Content and Definitions

You can delete current practice-level data and restore it to default by using the Care Guidelines Clear and Restore template.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  2. From File, select System \ Practice Template.
    The Select Template window opens.
  3. On the Practice tab, select the All option.
  4. Select Care Guidelines Clear and Restore, and then select OK
  5. Expand the Restore NextGen Default Care Guidelines Definitions - Practice Level panel, and then in Apply to, select All Practice or Current Practice.

  6. Select the guideline category you want to restore to default, and then select Accept.
    A confirmation message appears.
  7. Select Yes.
  8. Select Enable, and then select Yes.
  9. Select Restore History.
    When the restoration is completed, today's date, time, and the current user's name appear in the Care Guidelines Restore History window.
  10. Select Close.
