You can delete current practice-level data and restore it to default by using the Care Guidelines Clear and Restore template.
 
  - Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
 
  - From File, select System \ Practice Template.
   
    The Select Template window opens.
   
 
  - On the Practice tab, select the All option.
 
  - Select Care Guidelines Clear and Restore, and then select OK
 
  - Expand the Restore NextGen Default Care Guidelines Definitions - Practice Level panel, and then in Apply to, select All Practice or Current Practice.
   
 
  - Select the guideline category you want to restore to default, and then select Accept.
   
    A confirmation message appears.
   
 
  - Select Yes.
 
  - Select Enable, and then select Yes.
 
  - Select Restore History.
   
    When the restoration is completed, today's date, time, and the current user's name appear in the Care Guidelines Restore History window.
   
 
  - Select Close.
