Record Recent Patient Hospitalizations
Before you begin Ensure that you have selected the Specialty and Visit Type as Care Management. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Comp Assessment tab, expand Recent Hospitalizations panel. Select the Location field and then select the hospital the patient was admitted to from the resulting list. Select the Admit date field and then select the date the patient was admitted to the hospital from the resulting calendar. Select the D/C dates field and then select the date the patient was discharged from the hospital from the resulting calendar. Select the D/C diagnosis field, and then select a discharge diagnosis from the window that appears. Select the appropriate option for Summary report received. Select Add.The record appears in the Recent Hospitalizations. Repeat this procedure to add additional hospitalizations. Remove Patient Hospitalization Records Parent topic: Comp Assessment Tab

Remove an ER Visit
Before you begin Ensure that you have selected the Specialty and Visit Type as Care Management. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Comp Assessment tab, expand Recent ER Visits (in last 12 months) panel. Highlight the record that you want to remove from the grid. Select Remove. Remove a Document Entry
Before you begin Ensure that you have selected the Specialty and Visit Type as Care Management. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Plan/Intervention tab, expand the Document panel. Remove a Referral
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select to highlight the referral on the Referral History panel that you want to remove. Select Remove.You are prompted to confirm the delete. Select Yes.You are returned to the Care Coordination Home Page with the selected referral removed from the Referral History grid. Parent topic: Referral History Panel

Remove Reviewed Diagnostic Studies
You can remove the diagnostic studies from the Reason for Visit panel. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Intake template. In the Reason for Visit panel, do one of the following: Select the Studies Reviewed record from the grid, and then select Remove. Select Diagnostics to open the Diagnostic History Entry template, then select a diagnostic study from the grid, and select Remove from HPI Grid. Note: To turn on the Remove from HPI Grid button, you must select a study that is previously added to the grid on the Diagnostic History Entry template. The Studies Reviewed row no longer appears in the grid of the Reason for Visit panel. Note: Removing the record from the Reason for Visit panel does not remove it from the grid on the Diagnostic History Entry template or the History Summary panel. Delete an Edema Record
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Objective template, navigate to the Edema panel. Highlight the row in the grid. Click Remove. Click Save & Close to return to the Objective template. Parent topic: Document Edema Details
