Patient Pre Admission Instructions Panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions Template
The Patient Pre Admission Instructions panel displays the patient instructions associated with a procedure and a section. In addition to the pre-configured default instructions, when you answer a scheduling screening question associated with the section on the Interview Questions panel, the configured patient instruction for the selected answer appears in the grid on the Patient Pre Admission Instructions panel. The pre-admission instructions are pre-configured in the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template. Procedure Panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions Template
You can add the details of procedure(s) to be performed on the patient using the Procedure panel. The procedure details documented in the Procedure panel appear in the Reason for Visit panel on the ASC - Physician Procedure template of the Procedure Visit Type. Procedure If the case ID of the encounters is the same, the grid in the Procedure panel displays all the procedures documented in different encounters within the current case ID. Modify an Existing Procedure Details You can edit the existing procedure details for a patient record using the Procedure panel. Interview Questions Panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions Template
You can ask scheduling questions to a patient using the Interview Questions panel. The Interview Questions panel displays the scheduling questions associated with the procedure. When the procedure is selected in the Procedure panel, the grid in the Interview Questions panel appeawith the screening questions pre-configured in the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template. Interview Questions If you wish to ask patient the scheduling questions associated with a particular section, select the Section field above the grid. The questions associated with the selected section appear in the grid for selection. The Question field contains the first question available in the grid and the corresponding options for the answer appear in the Answer field. The questions and the associated answers are configured on the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template. Generate Document Button on the ASC - Scheduling Question Template
The Generate Document button at the bottom of the ASC - Scheduling Questions template generates the ASC_Schdquestions document. The document includes all the data entered on the ASC - Scheduling Questions template, and on the Histories template in the current encounter. Chart Check Panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions Template
The Chart Check panel displays the tasks based on the procedure, section, and the answers selected for the screening questions. Chart Check When you select a procedure in the Procedure panel, the tasks associated with the selected procedure appear in the grid. These tasks are configured in the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template based on a procedure. You can add necessary information for a patient using the ASC Scheduling Questions template. The ASC Scheduling Questions template is documented by the scheduler by obtaining necessary information from the patient prior to the day of the procedure. The Scheduler contacts the patient to obtain the information required to appropriately schedule the patient for the procedure.
