Review of Obstetrics Details by Intake Staff

The intake staff can review the patient's details documented during the previous encounters. The intake staff begins the current encounter on the Intake template. They can review the patient details documented during the previous encounters on the Home Page - Obstetrics template. The Home Page - Obstetrics template displays the information documented by the intake staff on the Intake and Histories templates for the provider's review. Home Page - Obstetrics Open Obstetrics Home Page You can use the Templates module to open the Home Page - Obstetrics template. Open Obstetric Prenatal Detail

You can open the Prenatal Detail template to document information about a prenatal encounter and review data from previous encounters. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select Intake and then select OK.The Intake template opens. Select the Specialty as Obstetrics and Visit Type as OB Prenatal. Select Prenatal Detail.The Prenatal Detail template opens. Open the Allergy Home Page

You can use the Templates module to open the Home Page - Allergy template. Before you begin When you open the Home Page - Allergy template, ensure to select the specialty and visit type to open the framework template set for Allergy and Immunology. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. To open the Templates module on a patient encounter, do one of the following: On the Categories or Encounter History tab, select Open Template. On Top Toolbar, select Templates. On the main menu, select File > New > Template. The Select Template window opens. Select the Medical Records tab. In the Show section, select the All option. Access the Home Template

You can open the Home template to begin workflows on the NextGen® Orthopedic Suite. If you set up the Home template as the default template in the NextGen® Enterprise EHR user preferences, it will automatically open as the first template for new workflow appointments. You can also manually open this template from the Patient History bar. Open the NextGen® Enterprise EHR application. Select the desired patient record. To open Home template from Inbox, do the following: Click the Inbox Task icon icon. The Workflow window opens. Workflow window Double-click the desired appointment in the appointment grid. Open the Specialty Configuration Home

You can open the specialty configuration homepage using the file menu. Open the NextGen® Enterprise EHR application. From the File menu, select System / Practice Template.The Select Template window opens. Select Template Note: By default, the System tab is selected, and preferred templates are displayed on the Select Template window. If the *Specialty Config Home option is not displayed in the preferred templates list, select All in the Show section.All system templates are displayed.
