My Plan Template Set

You can document the patient's diagnosis, lab orders, plan details, referrals, medications, and immunization details using the My Plan template.

You can perform the following actions using different tabs of the My Plan template set:

• You can save Appropriate Use Criteria (AUC) information if advanced imaging order meets the AUC.
• You can hold order processing using the Ask at Order Entry feature.
• You can enter comments, differential diagnoses, plan or provider details in the A/P Details tab.
• You can enter new lab orders for an assessment and bypass the template for order processing in the Labs tab.
• You can document the AUC scores and bypass the template for order processing in the Diagnostics tab.
• You can apply provider signatures and other updates to patient referrals in the Referrals tab.
• You can apply provider signatures and update patient orders in the Office Procedures tab.
• You can apply co-signatures and make updates to patient orders in the Cosign Orders tab.
• You can select the Medications and Immunizations links to access the associated modules without closing the template.
