Generate Documents on the ASC - Physician Procedure Template
The following two buttons are available at the bottom of the ASC - Physician Procedure template:

| Procedure Letter | Select to generate the Asc_Ref_Proc_Phy_proc_letter document for the referring providers as a reference to the procedure performed on the patient. |
| Generate Document | Select to generate encounter based document Or, Select the drop-down arrow on the button and select a procedure from the list to generate the procedure based document. The procedure note document includes all the details and the images associated with the selected procedure. |
