Orthostatic Vital Sign Symptoms Data Set

The Orthostatic Vital Sign Symptoms data set enables you to configure the abnormal symptoms for Orthostatic Vital Signs template. If you select a configured abnormal symptom in the Orthostatic Vital Sign template, an alert appears in the Orthostatic Vital Sign template and in the Vital Signs panel. Edit Orthostatic Blood Pressure Drops

Open the Data Sets Setup practice template. In the Data Sets Setup practice template, select Data Set and then select Orthostatic Vital Sign BP.Existing data set items associated with the Orthostatic Vital Sign BP data set appear in the grid. Select a data set item from the grid and then select Update.The Template Data Set Setup template opens. Edit the information in the BP Systolic Drop and BP Diastolic Drop fields. On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select Test Dates.The existing data set items associated with the Test Dates data set appear in the grid. Highlight a grid to modify.
