Orthostatic Vital Sign BP Data Set
The Orthostatic Vital Sign BP data set enables you to configure the systolic and diastolic blood pressure drop limit for the Orthostatic Vital Signs template. If a fall in the blood pressure between the first and the second position and/or if the second and the third position is lower than the configured drop limit in the Orthostatic Vital Sign BP data set, an alert appears in the Orthostatic Vital Sign template and in the Vital Signs panel. Edit Orthostatic Blood Pressure Drops You can edit the systolic and diastolic blood pressure drop limits from the Orthostatic Vital Sign BP data set. Edit Health Promotion Plan Data Set Items
On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select Health Promotion Plan.The existing data set items associated with the Health Promotion Plan data sets appear in the grid. Highlight a grid to modify. Select Update.The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Make the necessary changes in the applicable fields. Select Save, and then select Close. Create Customized Health Promotion Plan
On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select Health Promotion Plan. The existing data set items associated with the Health Promotion Plan data set appear in the grid. Health Promotion Plan data set Select Add.The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Template Data Sets Setup If applicable, select Diagnosis description to search and select a diagnosis.The associated diagnosis code automatically populates. If applicable, select Provider and select a provider. Enter the details in the necessary fields. Select Save, and then select Close.The newly configured data set item appears in the Data Sets Setup template. Note: To add another item, select Clear For Add in the Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template and repeat steps 1 and 2.
