Remove Lab Completed Status Data Set Items

Configure Lab Completed Statuses
On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select Lab Completed Status.The existing data set items associated with the Lab Completed Status data set appear in the grid. Lab Completed Status data set Select Add.The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Template Data Sets Setup If applicable, select Diagnosis description to search and select a diagnosis.The associated diagnosis code automatically populates. If applicable, select Provider and select a provider from Dbp Rendering Provider. Select Lab Name and select the lab vendor.The Lab ID field populates with the vendor ID associated with selected lab vendor. The Lab ID or the Vendor ID is configured in File Maintenance. In Status, enter a status that is considered as the final status when the final lab result is sent by the selected lab vendor. Select Save, and then select Close.The newly configured data set item appears in the Data Sets Setup template. Note: To add another item, select Clear For Add in the
