Edit Health Promotion Plan Data Set Items

On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select Health Promotion Plan.The existing data set items associated with the Health Promotion Plan data sets appear in the grid. Highlight a grid to modify. Select Update.The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Make the necessary changes in the applicable fields. Select Save, and then select Close.
