Add CPT® Codes Combinations for EM Psychotherapy Time Check

On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select EM psychotherapy.The existing data set items associated with the EM psychotherapy data set appear in the grid. EM psychotherapy data set Select Add.The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Template Data Sets Setup If applicable, select Diagnosis description to search and select a diagnosis.The associated diagnosis code automatically populates. If applicable, select Provider and select a provider from Dbp Rendering Provider. In Codes, enter a CPT code (that is, either the psychotherapy code with the E&M code or the visit code). In Code Type, enter any indicator to differentiate a visit code from the psychotherapy with E&M code. For example, if you indicate the psychotherapy with E&M code as the 1st code, then you can indicate the visit code as the 2nd code. Select Save, and then select Close.The newly configured data set item appears in the Data Sets Setup template. Note: To add another item, select Clear For

Edit Test Dates Data Set Items

On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select Test Dates.The existing data set items associated with the Test Dates data set appear in the grid. Highlight a grid to modify. Edit PT Modifier 59 Data Set Items

On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select PT Modifier 59.The existing data set items associated with the PT Modifier 59 data set appear in the grid. Highlight a grid to modify. Edit Medication Billing Data Set Items

On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set, select Medication Billing from the resulting list and then select OK.The existing data set items associated with the Medication Billing data set appear in the grid. Select the Qualifier field and select the required data set item from the resulting list. Highlight the required row in the grid to modify and select Update.The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Make the necessary changes in the applicable fields.
