Remove Test Dates Data Set Items

On the Data Sets Setup template, select a record that you want to remove. Select Remove.The selected record is removed from the Data Sets Setup template. Parent topic: Test Dates Data Set

Add Test Dates Data Items

On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select Test Dates.The existing data set items associated with the Test Dates data set appear in the grid. Test Dates data set Select Add.The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Template Data Sets Setup If applicable, select Diagnosis description to search and select a diagnosis.The associated diagnosis code automatically populates. If applicable, select Provider and select a provider from Dbp Rendering Provider. Enter the details in the respective fields. Select Save, and then select Close.The newly configured data set item displays in the Data Sets Setup template. Note: To add another item, select Clear For Add in the Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template and repeat steps 1 and 2. On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select LOINC Codes.The existing data set items associated with the LOINC Codes data set appear in the grid. Highlight a grid to modify. Edit Medication Billing Data Set Items

On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set, select Medication Billing from the resulting list and then select OK.The existing data set items associated with the Medication Billing data set appear in the grid. Select the Qualifier field and select the required data set item from the resulting list. Highlight the required row in the grid to modify and select Update.The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Make the necessary changes in the applicable fields.
