Remove Patient Safety Report Data Set Items

Edit PT Modifier 59 Data Set Items

On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set and select PT Modifier 59.The existing data set items associated with the PT Modifier 59 data set appear in the grid. Highlight a grid to modify. Select Update.The Template Data Sets Setup – [New Record] template opens. Make the necessary changes in the applicable fields. Select Save, and then select Close. On the Data Sets Setup template, select Data Set, select Medication Billing from the resulting list and then select OK.The existing data set items associated with the Medication Billing data set appear in the grid. Select the Qualifier field and select the required data set item from the resulting list.
