Create Letters and Clearance Letters

You can use the Letters/Clearance template to issue specific letters or clearance letters to patients.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. On the Home Page - Cardiology template, click the Letters/Clearance link.
   The Letters template opens.

   

3. In the Letters section, document in the desired letter section.
   • Provider to Provider
   • Patient Letter
   • Return to Work
   • Surgical Clearance
4. To create a letter, click the corresponding Create Letter link.
