Create a Custom Plan

You can create a customized health plan for the patient using the Data Sets Setup template.

1. Open the Data Sets Setup practice template.
2. Select the Data Set field.
3. Select Health Promotion Plan from the list.
4. Select Add to open the Template Data Sets Setup template.
5. Enter a label for the kind of plan you want in the Plan Type field.
6. Enter a disease category set up in File Maintenance in the File Maint. Dx Category field.
7. Enter a label in the Label for Value field for the fields you want to search.
8. Select the data tables and data fields that you want to retrieve values from.
9. Enter low and high values in the Lo Value and Hi Value fields.
10. Enter the type of units to display in the Units Value field.
11. Select up to 10 custom lists in the Other DBPicklist Name fields.
