Change the Physical Exam Document Display for Orthopedics

An Orthopedic practice can use a grid format to display Orthopedic physical exam content on the generated documents. When enabled, the alternative document view enables the reader to easily distinguish between the values for the right and left sides of the body and the abnormal findings are clearly marked with an asterisk and printed in upper case. This configuration setting applies only when the Specialty is set to Orthopedics.
