Orthopedic Document Format Option

The Orthopedic Documents section provides a document format option that delineates between the findings on the left and right sides of the body in the Orthopedic Master document.

When the Enable alternate orthopedic document physical exam view option is selected, the physical exam data appears in a grid format on the Orthopedic Master document. The abnormal findings print in uppercase letters with an asterisk before the finding. All exams that are not associated to Orthopedic systems appear in the original paragraph format.
