Add Obstetrics Diagnostics in Today's Assessment

You can add a diagnosis in the Today's assessment section.

1. Select the Prenatal Detail tab
2. In the Diagnostics Studies panel, select Add.
   The OB Diagnostics template opens.
3. In the Today's Assessments section, select the Add common assessment link.
   Note: You can also add an assessment using the OB Problems link.
   The Common assessment template opens.
4. Select a diagnosis from the Common Assessment template.
5. Select Save & Close.
