Add a New Procedure or Findings
- To add a new procedure or finding data, select Add New.
The left
and the right
arrows at the bottom of the ASC Procedure Documentation template are used to go to the previous and the next available procedure details respectively. You can also select the label Entry and select the required entry from the list.
- Select Save & Close.
The documented data appears in the Documentation panel.
- To delete a procedure documentation record, highlight a row in the Documentation panel grid and select Remove.
- If you want to save the documented values as the default template, select the Quick Save button and enter a default set name for the template. The default name appears in the list generated by selecting the Quick Load button.
