Update an Account Photo

Because your photo appears in various places, NextGen Healthcare recommends that you add a photo to your account. Within NextGen Virtual Visits™, select main menu icon. Select the AccountAccount icon button. Select Edit icon next to the account image. Select a photo to upload and, if necessary, crop the image. Select Done. Parent topic: Edit Your User Information

Edit Guest Details

Within NextGen Virtual Visits™, select the Visits Visits icon icon from the main menu. In the Upcoming tab, select the visit that the guest is associated with. In the Invited Guest area, select the options menu Options icon located to the right of the guest’s name. Select Edit. In the Edit Guest window, make all necessary changes, and then select Save. Update Notification Settings

If you are a practice user, you can choose to receive the following notifications: Visit confirmation, rescheduling, and cancellation notifications (by email only) Visit reminder notifications (by email and SMS) Patient joined visit notifications (by email and SMS) Within NextGen Virtual Visits™, select Notification SettingsNotification Settings icon. If necessary, update the email and phone number that indicate where to send your notifications. To receive notifications, turn on the ON/OFF notifications option. Update additional settings, as necessary.

Add a Patient Guest Before a Visit

Within NextGen Virtual Visits™, select the VisitsVisits icon icon from the main menu. In the Upcoming tab, select the visit you want to add a guest to. In the Invited Guests panel, select Add GuestAdd Guest icon. Select Yes. In the applicable fields, enter the guest’s First Name, Last Name, and their Relationship to the Patient . In the How should this guest receive their invite field, select the box next to the preferred way to contact the guest. This method is used to send the invitation to join the visit to the guest. If the patient has authorized this guest to join the visit, select the Patient (or legal representative) authorized disclosure of visit data to specified guest option. Select Add. Update User Invitation Schedules

Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Users. Users opens. Select Update User Invitation. Update User Invitations opens displaying the list of pending users. Update user invitation view Select the necessary users, and then select Update. Select the date and time, and then select Update. The scheduled date is updated.
