Resend User Invitations
Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Users. Users opens. Select Resend User Invitation. Resend User Invitation opens displaying the list of users. Add User Accounts
User accounts are set up with user information that includes personal, system, and network information. Note: User accounts in NextGen® Mobile are different from those in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. However, the two accounts are linked when you set the NextGen® Enterprise defaults in NextGen® Mobile. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Users. In Users. select Add New User.The Enter User Information page opens in Create New User Wizard. In NextGen Username, enter the username to ensure your NextGen® Enterprise username is linked in NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal, and then enter the additional information. In Permission Group, select the necessary group, and then select Next.The Assign Notification Preferences page opens. In Notification Categories and Notification Medium, select the necessary checkboxes, and then select Create User. Add Existing Users to Clinics
Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Users. Select Add Existing User.The Select User page in Add Existing User Wizard opens and lists available users. Search for and select a user, and then select Next.The Verify Data page opens. In NextGen Username, enter the username to ensure that the NextGen® Enterprise username is linked in NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal.The additional information fields are automatically filled. In Active Directory Account, search for and then select a directory.You can link your active directory account with the NextGen® Mobile account. If you deactivate the Active Directory account, the NextGen® Mobile account is automatically deactivated. In Additional Information, verify and update the user information if needed, and then select Next.The Verify Notification Preferences page opens. Add Bulk User Accounts
Before you begin Ensure that you must assigned to the User Management Function – User Management Bulk Add Users permission group. You can add multiple users to your clinic, and set up configurations for the group of users, including assigning a permission group, scheduling user invitations, and selecting the system notifications. Note: The Bulk Add Users option is available to NextGen® Enterprise users. Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Users. Users opens. Select Bulk Add Users. Bulk Add Users Wizard - Enter User Information opens. In Groups, select a user group. The Groups list displays the user groups that are configured for the practice in File Maintenance. Note: The deactivated users in NextGen® Enterprise and the users added to the clinic are not displayed in the list of available users. The selected group users are displayed in Users. Edit User Information
Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Users. Search for and then select a username.The User Information tab on the Edit User page opens. In NextGen Username, enter the username to ensure your NextGen® Enterprise username is linked in NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal, and then enter the additional information. Update dictator, notification, macro, and dictionary preferences as necessary. Select Save & Close. Reset the User Password You can reset the user password in Manage Clinic. Disable and Enable User Accounts You can deactivate and activate the user accounts in Manage Clinic. View User Accounts
Open NextGen® Mobile Cloud Portal. Select Manage Clinics, and then select Users. The green check mark in Dictation Setup indicates that the user is setup with the mobile dictation. By default, the results are sorted alphabetically by name. You can sort the data by selecting the column header, and you can rearrange the columns by selecting and dragging the columns. Users opens displaying the users list. Search for and select a username. You can select the Dictators, Notification Preferences, Macros, and Personal Dictionary tabs to view and edit the corresponding details. Edit User opens displaying the User Information tab by default. You can view the username, additional information, and the assigned permission group details. Optional: To view the deactivated users, select Show Disabled Users. Optional: To export the list of users to a Microsoft Excel®, select Export to Excel. The list is downloaded to your computer. Add User Accounts You can create user accounts in NextGen® Mobile Clou
