Customize Patient Communications
For each event or appointment type, your practice can customize the communications associated with patient confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and rescheduling. You can customize the following information based on the type of communication and the method used, such as email or text:
- Timing of reminder communications (email and SMS: the default is 24 hours prior and 30 minutes prior).
- Content (email and SMS)
- Header color and logo (email only)
You can work with NextGen Virtual Visits™ to allow text communications and customize your current communications.
