Schedule a Delayed NextGen® PxP Portal Message

If the Patient Portal trigger action is Schedule Messages, you can schedule a message for future delivery to a patient enrolled in NextGen® PxP Portal. This feature is available only when you compose a message or send a draft. Scheduled messages are stored in the Patient Portal > Communications > Scheduled folder in the Workflow module.

For more information on delayed message scheduling, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community and download the latest NextGen® PxP Portal Provider Guide for NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
