The Monitoring window enables to you to view the status of your appliance's components.
Three status indicators appear at the top of the Control Panel window:
The color indicates the status of the component:
| Icon color | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green | Item is functioning as normal. |
| Yellow | Warning. Item may require attention. |
| Red | Failure |
| Dark (does not display green, yellow, or red) | The appliance cannot monitor the item. For example, the LB indicator appears dark if you only have one Mirth® Appliance by NextGen Healthcare and are not running in a load balanced environment. |
If an indicator is not green, you can select it to view information about the problem.
You can integrate a Mirth® Appliance by NextGen Healthcare with your organization’s monitoring infrastructure to take advantage of existing alert and support systems. For more information on monitoring your appliance, see Using Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP).
