You can view existing appointments for a patient from the following locations in NextGen® Enterprise PM: Appointment Lookup window. Add Appointment and Edit Appointment window Patient Information Bar in the Patient Chart. Clinical History/Notes tab in the Patient Chart. View Existing Appointments from Appointment Lookup View Existing Appointments from Add or Edit Appointment View Existing Appointments from Patient Chart You can view existing appointments for a patient from the Patient Chart window. You can view existing appointments for a patient from the Add Appointment or Edit Appointment window. Open the Add Appointment or Edit Appointment window for the patient. Select the History tab. View Existing Appointments from Appointment Lookup

You can view existing appointments for a patient from the Appointment Lookup window. From the main toolbar, select Appointments. The Appointment Lookup window opens. Enter the Search Criteria to find the existing appointments for the patient. Select Find. The Appointment List section displays the existing appointments for the selected patient. View Appointments for a Previous Person or Patient

Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. Do one of the following: From the main toolbar, select Chart. Select Tasks > Lookup > Charts. In the Patient Lookup window, enter search criteria and select Find. Do one of the following: From the main toolbar, select Appointments. Select Tasks > Lookup > Appointments. In the Appointment Lookup window, select the arrow next to Find, and then select Access Previous Patient.The last five recently-opened patient records appear. In NextGen® Enterprise PM, open the Appointment Lookup window by doing one of the following: From the main toolbar, select the Appt List button. From the Tasks menu, select Lookup, and then Appointments. Appointment Lookup window Select the arrow next to Find, and then select Access Active Patient from the menu.
