You can view existing appointments for a patient from the
Appointment Lookup
window.
From the main toolbar, select
Appointments
.
The
Appointment Lookup
window opens.
Enter the
Search Criteria
to find the existing appointments for the patient.
Select
Find
.
The
Appointment List
section displays the existing appointments for the selected patient.

View Existing Appointments from Add or Edit Appointment
You can view existing appointments for a patient from the Add Appointment or Edit Appointment window. Open the Add Appointment or Edit Appointment window for the patient. Select the History tab. View Existing Appointments from Patient Chart
Before you begin To view the Patient Information Bar on the Patient Chart do one of the following: Open Admin > Practice Preferences. From the list of preferences, select Patient Information Bar. Select the PM tab. select the Show Patient Information Bar option. Select OK. or Open Admin > User Preferences > General. Select the Chart tab. select the Show Patient Information Bar option. Select OK. You can view existing appointments for a patient from the Patient Information Bar or the Clinical History/Notes tab of the Patient Chart window. Open the Patient Chart. On the Patient Information Bar, do one of the following: Hover over the Appointment button, to view the Date/Time, Event, Location, Status and Resource for past and future appointments. Note: To view the appointment information, you must select the Appointment Hover option in the PM tab of the Patient Information Bar preference in the Practice Preferences window. You can view existing appointments for a patient from the Appointment Lookup window. From the main toolbar, select the ApptList icon. The Appointment Lookup window opens. Enter the Search Criteria to find the existing appointments for the patient. Select Find. The Appointment List section displays the existing appointments for the selected patient. Search from the Appointment Lookup Window
You can search for the existing appointments for a patient from the Appointment Lookup. To open the Appointment Lookup window, do one of the following: From the main toolbar, select the Appointments button. Select Tasks > Lookup > Appointments. The Appointment Lookup window opens. Enter the search parameters in the Search Criteria section. Select Find. All existing appointments that match the search criteria entered appear in the Appointment List section. The Records Found option displays the total number of appointments listed in the Appointment List section. From the Appointment List, do one of the following: Double-click to open the desired appointment. The Edit Appointment window opens. Select one or more appointments, then right-click and select the desired action from the menu.
