Set Up Enterprise Preferences for Multi-Language Letters
Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
Select Admin > Preferences > Enterprise.
The Enterprise Preferences window opens.
From the Preference List, select General.
To turn on printing and previewing letters in multiple languages for the enterprise, select the Enable multi-language for PM checkbox.
To save changes and close the window, select OK.
The Enable Multi Language Letters displays on the Practice Preferences window in the Forms tab. In the list you can select the letters that you can preview and print in one or more of the supported languages. The letter types include appointment reminders, recall notices, demand account, demand encounter, and budget letters.
