Set Up Practice Preferences for Multi-Language Letters
Enabling multi-language for a letter type allows you to preview and print letters in the patient's preferred correspondence language. This option is available when Enable multi-language for PM is selected on the Enterprise Preferences > General tab.
Access NextGen® Enterprise PM.
From the Admin menu, select Preferences, and then Practice.
The Practice Preferences window opens.
From the Preference List, select Forms.
In the Enable Multi-Language Letters field, select one or more of the following supported letter types.
Appointment Reminder
Budget Letter (All)
Demand Account
Demand Encounter
Recall
After you select one or more letter types, then the link displays on the Demographics tab of the Patient/Person Information window.
