Set Up Enterprise Preferences for Multi-Language Letters
- Access NextGen® Enterprise PM.
- From the Admin menu, select Preferences, and then Enterprise.
The Enterprise Preferences window opens.
- From the Preference List, select General.
- To enable printing and previewing letters in multiple languages for the enterprise, select the Enable multi-language check box.
- To save changes and close the window, select OK.
The Enable Multi Language field displays on the Practice Preferences > Forms tab. In the list you can select the letters that you can preview and print in one or more of the supported languages. The letter types include appointment reminders, recall notices, demand account, demand encounter, and budget letters.
