Set up AutoFlow User Preferences

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. Select Admin > Preferences > User > General.
    The User Preferences window opens.
  3. Select the AutoFlow tab.
  4. To select the AutoFlow Sequences for check-in and check-out, in the respective sections, do the following:
    • In the <All Locations> row, select the AutoFlow Sequence you use at all locations in the practice.
    • In the location specific rows, select the sequence you use at each location in the practice, if different from the <All Locations> sequence.
  5. Select OK to save the changes and close the window.
