Set up AutoFlow User Preferences
- Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
- Select Admin > Preferences > User > General.
The User Preferences window opens.
- Select the AutoFlow tab.
- To select the AutoFlow Sequences for check-in and check-out, in the respective sections, do the following:
- In the <All Locations> row, select the AutoFlow Sequence you use at all locations in the practice.
- In the location specific rows, select the sequence you use at each location in the practice, if different from the <All Locations> sequence.
Note: A location-specific sequence overrides the <All Locations> sequence.
- Select OK to save the changes and close the window.
Note: User-level settings override practice-level settings.
