Resubmit Transactions for Approval

If your practice uses transaction approval, the transaction you entered may be denied. You can resubmit the transaction for approval that is denied during the transaction approval process.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. On the main toolbar, select Posting .
    The Batch Posting window opens.
  3. Right-click a TRAH Trans Approval Hold batch, and then select Ledger.
    The Transaction Ledger window opens.
  4. Double-click the transaction to be resubmitted in the ledger.
    The Payment Entry window opens.
  5. Select Open, and then make the necessary changes to the transaction.
  6. Select Resubmit for approval.
  7. Select Save.
    The current task is automatically completed and a new transaction approval task is created.
