Resubmit a Transaction for Approval

If your practice uses transaction approval, the transaction you entered could get denied. You can resubmit the transaction for approval that has been denied during the transaction approval process.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. On the main toolbar, select Posting .
    The Batch Posting window opens.
  3. Right-click a TRAH Trans Approval Hold batch in the Batch Posting window, and then select Ledger.
    The Transaction Ledger window opens.
  4. Double-click the transaction to be resubmitted in the ledger.
    The Payment Entry window opens
  5. Select Open and then modify the transaction as desired.
  6. Select Resubmit for approval.
  7. Select Save.
    The current task auto-completes and a new transaction approval task is auto-created.
