Import a Logo for a Practice or Location

You can import a company logo in NextGen® Enterprise PM so that it prints in the header section of forms, including Fee Tickets, Patient Data Sheets, Encounter Bills, Statements, Budget Statements, Account Collection Letters, Encounter Collection Letters, Budget Letters, Forms, and Label Templates.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM, and select File > Tools > Image Explorer.
  2. In the Image Maintenance window, from NextGen Images, select Practices or Locations to expand, and then select Logos.
    All practices or locations are listed with their name and logo image status.
  3. Select the practice or location to import the logo.
  4. Right-click and select Import Image.
  5. From the Open window, browse to locate and select the logo image for the practice or location, and then select Open.
    The logo image is imported, and the status for the practice or location changes from Missing Image to Image Exists.
