Import a Fee Ticket Image

Fee tickets in NextGen® Enterprise PM use a standardized header section and a standardized footer section. You can import an image for a customized body section, which prints between the header and footer, by using the Image Explorer tool in NextGen® Enterprise PM.

You can import fee ticket images by using the Image Explorer tool at different levels:
  • Practice: Fee ticket used by all providers in all locations within the practice.
  • Practice/Provider: Fee ticket used by specific providers within the practice.
  • Practice/Event/Provider: Fee ticket used by specific providers for specific types of appointments (events) within the practice.
  • Practice/Location/Provider: Fee ticket used by specific providers at specific locations within the practice.
  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM, and select File > Tools > Image Explorer.
  2. In the Image Maintenance window, in NextGen Images, do the following:
    • For a practice, expand Practices, and then select Fee Tickets.
    • For a practice/provider, expand Providers, select Fee Tickets, and then select the practice.
    • For a practice/event/provider, expand Providers, select Fee Tickets and then the practice, and then select Events.
    • For a practice/location/provider, expand Providers, select Fee Tickets and then the Practice, and then selectLocations.
    All practices or providers are listed with their name and fee ticket image status.
  3. Select the practice or provider to import the fee ticket.
  4. Right-click and select Import Image.
  5. In the Open window, browse to locate and select the desired fee ticket image, and then select Open.
    The fee ticket image is imported, and the status changes from Missing Image to Image Exists.
