Creating Tasks in File Maintenance

The following tasks can be activated when processing credit card payments on the Task Types window in file maintenance:

  • On the Auto Creation tab, you can create the active credit card on file with expire in (X) days.
  • On the Auto Complete tab, you can create the Active card on file disabled task completion action.
  • On the Auto Worker tab, you can create the Add collection letter of <unknown> to the account. Send collection letter in next run <Y/N>.
