Creating Tasks in File Maintenance

The following tasks can be activated when processing credit card payments on the Task Types window in file maintenance: On the Auto Creation tab, you can create the active credit card on file with expire in (X) days. On the Auto Complete tab, you can create the Active card on file disabled task completion action. On the Auto Worker tab, you can create the Add collection letter of <unknown> to the account. Set Up Significant Events for Credit Cards on File

Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. Select Admin > Preferences > Significant Event. The Significant Event Information window opens. Select one or both of the following significant events: Credit Card on File Disabled Credit Card on File Enabled The selected information appears on the Significant Event report. Select OK.
