The Autoflow sequence allows Enhanced Forms selection during both check-in and checkout setup.
Note: Ensure that Enhanced Forms is created in the Forms Enhanced master file in File Maintenance.
To include Enhanced Forms during the Autoflow sequence, do the following:
- When the Autoflow process is being setup for check-in or checkout, you must enter a green check in the Print column for a specific Form Group. This allows all forms within that group to automatically print as part of the autoflow sequence.
- You can pick which forms to be printed by not selecting a specific Form Group (no green check indicated). The Print Forms window displays as part of the autoflow sequence and allows you to select your own forms.
