View Outsourced Charges from the Patient Chart

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. Select Chart.
    The Patient Lookup window opens.
  3. Enter search criteria to search the desired patient.
  4. Select Find.
    All existing persons and patients that match the entered search criteria appear in the Matching Records section.
  5. Select Matching Records, and then double-click to open the patient.
    The Patient Chart window opens.
  6. Select the Financial tab.
  7. Select the encounter, and then double-click the encounter you want to view.
    The application displays the outsourcing information under the Outsource Agency and Outsource Date columns.
